 4STEPS offers opportunities, resources, and access to horses and equine-based programs which can be a life-altering and enriching experience.  Participants must fill out Participant Application and Health History (see below)

 4STEPS is dedicated to serving our Veterans, active and retired military and their families by offering horseback riding lessons, trail rides and special programs for able and disabled, Operation Charlie Horse Veterans Trail Ride Social is offered in the sprig and fall for Veterans and their families to bond with a 1000 lb horse and feel

Operation Charlie Horse offers a relaxing environment for Veterans to bond with each other and their equine partners.
